Analyzing the potential value of a security rather than its current market value is the key to knowledgeable trading and investing. Recommended strategies based on these fundamental measures produce superior results over a significant investment period.

Standard believes that securities of well-managed companies which may not be visible to Wall Street research and recommendation lists due to their business activities or non-reporting status may provide a greater risk adjusted total return than issues where prices reflect anticipated favorable developments, and are thus subject to correction should any disappointments occur. It has been our experience that owning a diversified portfolio of well-managed companies over meaningful time periods can produce more than satisfactory returns with only a modest exposure to risk.
