A copy of one of the following:

  • Unexpired driver's license
  • Unexpired passport
  • Unexpired government identification card
  • Unexpired alien registration card

For non/natural persons:

A copy of one of the following:

  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Unexpired business license
  • Partnership agreement
  • Corporate resolution
